The new Thunderbolt helmet comes with a clear pull down visor. 

The visor is very easy to change -- there are two push buttons on the external part of the shell, just above the visor. 
Push down on the buttons and pull out the visor; push down on the buttons again to insert the new visor.

Removable Textile-Imitation-Leather-Mix Interior in first quality !

The visor slides up into the helmet, between the liner and the shell, and it are infinitely adjustable, which is a nice feature. 
It has enough friction in the mechanism to maintain its position. 

One of the nice features of the Thunderbolt is the design of the internal ear cups / headsets. 

They are attached with three metal snaps and they can be easily removed. 
The cups fit into the protrusions seen on each side of the helmet and have the highest protection against noise from outside.

The quick release chin strap systems works well and is perfectly suited to the helmet's design.

The new Thunderbolt helmet is made in highest standard fiberglass shell and will be approved and certificated
soon with an E.N. 966 - HPG/UL seal by German TÜV Rheinland .

The helmet will be delivered with different options. Standard features are the universal mini-xlr plug
to connect many different cables for large range of different radios, simple by changing the cable.
Also there is fitted a 3.5 mm plug to connect a MP3 player.

With our new radios cables usually it is not necessary to have a push to talk button on the helmet, cause you have a inline PTT button
with volume control and also a long finger PTT cable to connect and use it on the left or right brake handle what makes it easy to talk
in every flying position without searching any button on the helmet.
But off course the helmet can be delivered also with a third PTT button on the ear cups.

The new Thunderbolt helmet is available in 4 colours :

Black / Black matt / Olive green / blue

Standdard delivery will be the kenwood cables set what can be used also to all our radios.

a big different between that materials for using helmet manufacturing.

but you have to know some parts of different:
Polycarbonat Helmets :

Helmets out of Polycarbonat is not allowed to paint or to print stickers !
Polycarbonat helmets are much more sensitively against UV Light !
Polycarbonat helmets usally shoud be destroyed after 4 years cause after that periode
the saftey of the helmet is less !

Carbon-Fiber Helmets :

1.can be painted
2. can be patched with stickers
3. have a long safety periode of minimum 10 years !
